Withdrawal and Refund Policy

This Cancellation policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions (the T&Cs) on our Website and all definitions as set out in the T&Cs apply to this policy as well.

In general, if you have made a deposit and wish to withdraw your funds or wish to have your funds refunded then can do so by requesting a full refund back to the original source of the funds, i.e. your Crypto Wallet.

There is no additional cost if you want to cancel or close our account, just place a withdrawal request to the email set out below and inform us about your willingness to close your account.


Without prejudice and subject to the terms of the T&Cs, all Applicable Regulations, funds may be withdrawn by you from your Stox Wallet/Account provided that such funds are not being utilised  and used for open predictions that have not yet been concluded or that have otherwise been lost. Once your withdrawal request is approved, your withdrawal request will be processed by us

Please note that a client’s failure to complete any due diligence procedure to our satisfaction may affect you ability to withdraw you funds and have your funds refunded.

Withdrawal Procedure

In the event that you want to withdraw your funds or have your funds refunded then please email – [email protected]. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it can take the us up to 3 business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved, please allow an additional 3-7 days for the funds to show in your Crypto wallet.
